“The Impalpable Dream of Russia”
Had a full blast yesterday at the opening of the Philippine Fashion Week Holiday 2013 with Michael Cinco. Had the chance to see his amazing works up close with the help of Mr. Herbert Custodio, Ms. Monika Abad and Mr. Jemi Nicdao.
Who would not say “no” for a Michael Cinco show right?
It was a great night filled with elegance, music and familiar faces from the fashion industry like Tessa Prieto Valdez, Michael Carandang, Andre Judd, Daryl Chang, Stephanie Retuya, Fanny Serrano and more!
The designs of Michael Cinco narrated a story of silhouettes, crowns and swarovksi crystals. He showcased three impressive acts namely Russian Matryoshkas in nude pieces of lace, pearl beading and weaving, Russian Czarinas in black crowns and the Swan Lake for the finale.
Every time the lights hit every dress it just turn into magic and shines so bright. It gets better and better from the start! The music and the dancing lights also gave so much drama and story to the pieces that comes out. It excites every one every time the piece stands in silhouette and surprise us when they walk down the isle.
This night is really impalpable… an impalpable dream of Michael Cinco for everyone of us!
